EMERGING THREATS TO OUR CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC

1st Amendment

• The censorship of books, articles, essays, and online material that are counter to progressive narratives

• An Information Operations campaign to influence our own citizens toward non-traditional thoughts and beliefs

• The fusing of government agencies with electronic media outlets to coerce, sensor, and surveil the public

• A mainstream media that did not publish articles and essays detailing actual COVID immunity data, vaccination data, and potential virus remedies

• Squelching the right to assemble; unbalanced justice for those assembling against the current administration or petitioning against progressive actions and activities

• The War on Religion: physical attacks on churches doubled in 2023, 800% increase in attacks since 2018

• Christian persecution at its highest point in 30 years; criminalizing Christians by the radical left

 

2nd Amendment

• Numerous legislative actions to restrict lawful gun purchases, ownership, and right-to-carry from law-abiding citizens

• Excessive regulations that increase cost and complexity for gun manufacturing

• Increased taxation on guns and ammunition to artificially raise purchase costs

• Continued calls for the wholesale repeal of the 2nd Amendment by gun control advocates

Other Threats to the Constitution

• Legislative and executive branches working together to “pack the courts” and to manipulate the Electoral College

• Significant growth of government that increases control and undermines the separation of powers

• “Lawfare” waged against the Supreme Court and citizens challenging a wayward administration

 

Economy, Health, and Welfare

• $35 trillion debt with $1 trillion added every 100 days; soaring inflation

• $167 billion spent on student loan forgiveness to buy votes from manipulated college students

• Obtuse environmental, social, and governance policies affecting corporations financial performance, corporate and individual taxation, and investment choices for our citizens

• Maniacal national response to the COVID-19 pandemic; ill-informed and forceful vaccine management

• Deception and lack of accountability regarding COVID-related research and program management

• Surging rates of homelessness and the spread of tent encampments in U.S. cities

• Spiking rates of mental illness, depression, addiction, suicide, and chronic illness

 

Education, Law, and Order

• A critical race theory/diversity, equity, inclusion/gender confusion/wokeness war being waged on parents and children to divide the nuclear family

• Encouraging children to have grievances against past generations and traditional norms

• Promoting rivalry between identity groups within a multi-racial society

• Universities serving as indoctrination centers, training youth to despise their own culture and civilization

• Using “racism” to lower education standards, ban achievement testing, and eliminate basic curriculum

• Destroying all standards of meritocracy regarding admission, retention, promotion and commendation

• Lawless riots, crimes and looting, and an unbalanced scale of justice

• Promoting “no cash bail” and same-day release for those arrested—even repeat, violent felons

• Empathizing with violent criminals and ignore their victims

• Reinventing the justice system to indict, bankrupt and jail political opponents

• War on police and local law enforcement officers

 

Tyrannical Leadership

• Systematic corruption by the executive branch and weaponization of government agencies

• Election integrity is compromised and questionable for the future; manipulated election laws/policies

• Rank Choice Voting scheme that disconnects elections from issues and allows marginal candidates to win

• Promoting a socialist and globalist agenda to deliberately weaken a strong America

 

The War on Energy

• Suspension and termination of oil and gas leases in Alaska and in other states

• Halting licensing for new liquid natural gas terminals; export permit times increased from seven weeks to almost one year

• New and imposing taxes on natural gas using falsified clean-air emissions threat

• Unrealistic transition to renewable energy methods and sources that are not yet fully developed

• Overreliance on renewable energy sources that are not unilateral solutions to actual energy requirements

• Continued promulgation of climate change misinformation; actual climate science is ignored

• Executive orders mandating early transition to electric vehicles when sufficient technology does not exist, or at best, immature

• Draining the Strategic Oil Reserve

 

The Most Feeble Domestic Security in Our History

• War on U.S. sovereignty with open borders: 11.4 million illegal immigrants and rising. This is a deliberate attempt to forever shape the political balance of power in our country

• Nullification of all federal immigration laws

• Free support to millions of illegal aliens who violate laws

• Free flow of toxic drugs killing over 100,000 Americans each year

• Weakening the U.S. military by using race, gender, and sexual orientation to determine promotion

• Wrongfully identifying white service members as racists, insurrectionists, and the most paramount terror threat to our country

• Reducing the U.S. defense budget while funding foreign militaries and leaving equipment for terrorists

 

The Most Feeble National Security in Our History

• Afghanistan retreat surrendering $7 Billion of state-of-the-art military equipment; squandered military objectives that were achieved and directly permitted a Taliban return

• Russia invades Ukraine; $75 Billion provided to secure Ukraine in lieu of our own borders

• Other actions taken due to a weak U.S.: Hamas & Iran attacks Israel, Iran attacks U.S. Forces (over 150 attacks), Yemeni Houthis attacking Red Sea shipping, Pakistan threatens Iran, India threatens Pakistan, Venezuela threatens Guyana, and the People’s Republic of China waiting to invade Taiwan

• Diminished American credibility abroad, threatening the U.S. Dollar as the world’s reserve currency
